We offer a WORLDWIDE RETURNS service within 14 days of receipt of order. Standard online returns policy applies to all sale goods purchased online (14 days from receipt of order).

Returning an order:

Please contact us on via email [email protected]  to confirm receipt of goods.
Once we have issued you with an acknowledgement of your return, we will also specify the return address in italy.

Upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued to the account used for the payment.As soon as we receive the shoes we will send you the payment . Please note that exchanges are based on stock availability and may not always be available.

The customer is responsible for returning the goods if is outside europe .  Items should be returned new, unused,. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the customer.
